Whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted
Luke 14:11
Seeking fame and fortune to exalt one's self is ultimately your reward in this life. Living for self has no place in heaven. The humble will be exalted in heaven. Living for others in Christ gains rewards in heaven. It also has rewards in this life, growth in the spirit and a full heart.
