I don't believe in New Year's resolutions. I think if you want to change something, change it today and don't wait until the New Year.

I believe it works for some people but that’s a very wise perspective. Waiting for a specific date can sometimes become an excuse to delay meaningful change. Starting today no matter the day on the calendar keeps momentum alive and makes personal growth feel immediate and practical. It’s a reminder that every day is an opportunity.
