Jesus, Only Son of God, Have Mercy On Me, a Sinner

 

Once again we approach the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ, with joy and song as well as humble heart. Let us not forget He is the most high, come to live among us in all His glory, not to sit on a throne but to serve and heal those broken souls among us. Don't let the noise of this fallen world take away your sight or your hearing in the presence of the Lord of light. The material gifts under the tree are not the real prize we should be thankful for but the gift of forgiveness he brings for all those who would receive Him. This is when we should be on our knees thanking our Father in heaven for the most precious gift ever given to us, His son, the sacrificial lamb who takes away the sins of the world.
